This occurred to me as read what you wrote above and I considered the idea not of poverty as the vulnerability of widows but the disconnection form the community that is found in marriage, family and relative connections, that allows humans to provide a support network that acts as protection and provision. Likewise orphans are missing a connection point into family networks that provides access to the community support found in families. Thank you for your article.
