What I find interesting is that scripture uses many idioms; anecdotal stories of people and places to ensure meaningful remembrance, and yet is completely quiet on the literal day of Christ’s earthly birth and His Crucification, then tells us He is risen on the 1st/8th day. One thing is for sure, Christ said He would be buried for three days and nights, so there never has been or will be a “Good Friday” and celebration of such is blasphemy, heresy, and calling Christ a liar; making it a different Lord and gospel and not to be followed.
