What I mean by "a higher theological and philosophical level" is that my reflections are not aiming at the believing community, rather aiming at the academic audience at the university level. That does not mean that I consider my reflections at the lay people level as inferior. What I mean here is that the way we reflect on issues at the academic level are extremely different from the way we reflect at the confessional level.
