He was a created, false being used to bring the pagans into "Christianity," a man made religion created to separate the true Jewish faith from the New Testament. After John died, there were no more Apostles around to contradict any of the lies and traditions put forth by evil Gentile's who had taken control over the Scriptures and control over what the Scripture taught. The made up "Jesus" was taught and recognized as the "Sun of God." Sun worship was huge among the pagans. As time passed, more and more pagan beliefs, traditions and practices were included as a part of "Christianity." The leaders just changed the names of the gods, goddesses and traditions and said these were now "Christian beliefs and practices," I e., Christmas, Easter, Lent, All hallows Eve, etc. The celibate priests of the pagan gods became "Catholic priests." The vestal virgins turned into nuns. The Mother and child worship was turned into "Mary and Jesus" worship. The pagan "Queen of Heaven" was turned into Mary. The pagan practice of "eating the god" was turned into the Mass and the Eucharist was that which was turned into the flesh and blood of "Jesus." Much of this started at the first Council of Nicaea, including the idea that Jesus was God, the Trinity and the Nicene Creed. From all believers being called saints in Scripture to the church deciding who was a saint. Baptism, confession to a priest and that a priest could forgive sins, all based on paganism. And later on, "hell," was a real place and man has an immortal soul. Starting with Eusebius, who was commissioned by Constantine to do a "New Testament" translation that would incorporate the paganism into Scripture, and his work on "Church" history that would validate the new teachings. And throw in Philo of Alexandria, who was a huge fan of Greek philosophy and was a Neoplatonist who believed that Greek philosophy was created by God as a way to introduce and prepare Gentile pagans to "receive" the "new faith." He introduced allegory as the only way to understand and teach Scripture.
Starting in the 2nd century, the "Church Fathers" began to rail against the Jews and started a smear campaign that demonized the Jewish people and made them "guilty" of "murdering Jesus," and taught that God had rejected the Jewish people and that the Gentile "church" had replaced the Jewish people as God's chosen people, and that the promises to the Jewish people now applied to the "Church." They taught that the Jewish people had been cursed by God and were now the enemies of God. The "Church" is responsible for starting anti-Semitism.
