It is now many years later, I know, but I have been revisiting the Shroud research again with a view to producing a podcast on the topic, and I dug out this old video. I agree that it is certainly one of the best on the Shroud, and the material with Allen and Garlaschelli is excellent. It's also great that they brought in Shimon Gibson.
Having watched it, I realize that the anatomical issues you reference here are actually your observations (also found elsewhere) and they do not occur in the documentary -- e.g. the question of the wrists / hands, with that great graphic that you have used elsewhere.
