Good article but really any Christian who knows God is perfect and the symbology of foreshadowing prophesy should know this already regardless of scholarly study. Why would God clearly make Jesus our 'Passover Lamb', timing his death at Passover, bringing him in from the field on the exact date, having him tested for impurity to prove he was without blemish (like the passover lamb), execute him at sunset without breaking a bone... but, oops, he messed it up by doing it after the Passover meal. Doh, silly God, one day late. Shame, because everything else matched up perfectly. Jesus perfectly echoes the passover lamb unless we project the passover meal onto the Last Supper with no real evidence. And why would we do that?
